I have setup price volume discounts for item XYZ. My pricelist01 on the item card is $870. My period volume discounts is default at $870, but when I create a sales order for any customer (all have pricelist01 assigned) the price is defaulting as $890.03. I can't figure out why. Help.

You may check any other price list with that price. Check the currency for that price too.

Hi Robert ,

This is how your price list work in Business one .Please check which price list it is pulling from .

System will look for price list in this order :

1. Special Price for Business Partner

2.Special Price fro Discount Group

3. Period and volume discount

4. Selling price based on Business Master Data .
