Transport ABAP Routine Filter for DTP

Hi Experts,

We've created an ABAP routine filter in a DTP.

But when we tried to collect the DTP for transport there is no routine in the object pertaining to the routine filter. Only the transformation and conversion exit routines are collected. Anyone know how do we collect this type of routine?

is the selection routine not in the transport, or is the DTP not in the transport?

you should check the object directory entry of the DTP (via menu Goto). Make sure it's not put to $tmp.

    Hi Ben,

Try to open your routine code. from menu options please look for object direct entry.

Other wise. try to collect routine from RSA1-->transport connection.

use grouping option as only necessary objects.

From middle pane, find your DTP and drag to right side pane.

Lets expand dtp which you dragged to right side pane and see. whether it contains routine and it stored in custom package.

later you can select and collect into new transport.

    Thanks

      Hi Ben,

Go to your DTP in change mode, open your dtp filter tb, go to your code written screen, do save and check.

      Save dtp,check and activate it.

Dtp screen, from menu Goto --> Object direct entry, lets try to collect your dtp .

later expand your new transport request and see, whether it contains dtp with routine or only dtp technical name.

      Thanks.
