Warning Maximum number of sessions reached when trying to see own spool

Hello All

I have a unique prolem whereby I am not able to see the own spool after running the dunning run as it gives a message of maximum number of sessions reached . the message no is 14027.

this error happens only in the portal screen. When I go and execute it in the ECC I don't get this error.

Can someone help on this.
