Warning Maximum number of sessions reached when trying to see own spool

Hello All

I have a unique prolem whereby I am not able to see the own spool after running the dunning run as it gives a message of maximum number of sessions reached . the message no is 14027.

this error happens only in the portal screen. When I go and execute it in the ECC I don't get this error.

Can someone help on this.

It is likely you've opened more than six screens also known as sessions. Close one of them and try your spool request again.
