Config Tab disable in solution directory.
How to add doucments in config tab.

Are you looking for the CONFIGURATIONS tab in SOLAR02 ?
If so, check for the visibility settings under SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN Txn -> PROJECT STANDARDS tab -> TABS tab.

No it is in solution_directory
you need to check he node out to a project. There you can change also Config Tab. Then you check it in again. A solution is meant only for productiv use. You usually don't configure in a solution.
