Is it possible to install Crystal Reports Publisher on multiple clients?

Hi all, is it possible to install Crystal Reports Publisher on multiple clients so that individual users will be able to publish and schedule reports? I know that it is by default installed on the server as part of the Crystal Reports server installation but not sure how you can install it elsewhere.
