Issue with SRGBTBREL table

Hi,

Table SRGBTBREL will have all attachments of a FI document(Other attachments as well but i am interested in FI doc attachments only). I see that some the attachments(PC attachments) do not have entry in this table. I see entry in table SOOD but not sure how to get data from SOOD for relevant FI document.

My 2nd question is, do entries from table SRGBTBREL get deleted if a user who attached the document is inactive(User will be made inactive if he leaves company).

Any help in this is very much appreciated.

Yes I have the same issue with sgbtbrel. I see that all attachments dont appear in the table. I can find the actual attachment in SOOD but to link the two and show taht a documents has an attachment is the issue. Is there any other link table that can take a BKPF BO entry and show that there is an attachment or not?

Does anyone know how to get the entry created in srgbtrel. If just creating the attachment in FB03 doesnt work consistently?

Is there a user paramter that needs ot be added to allow for the relationship entry to be created?
