Independent Requirements is not showing up correctly

Hi Friends.

I have a specific issue in which for some materials I am unable to check the Ind.Reqmnt in MD04. So I have to do MC94 then from Environment Menu I transfer the plan to Demand Management and then Transfer.

When the INDREQ do not show up, we go into MC94 and transfer the scheduled qty into demand management and the message always comes back that the requirement is already saved so I am not sure what the issue is.

Can you please look into.
