hi,
maintain in-house production days in MRP2 view in the material master,
system will automatically calculate the material available date ,
then it will calculate the shipment based on the (goods issue date, loading date and transportation date )based on the settings made in delivery scheduling
finally it will give the delivery date
regards
senya

hello, friend.
you do not have to change the requested delivery date. the purpose of this date is to indicate a preliminary customer requirement date. this date is relevant for MRP.
but the system looks at this requested date and calculates if your system can fulfill the requirement on this date; in the process, the system considers all lead times such as production (if internally procured), purchasing (if trading goods/externally procured) and others (delivery, picking, packing, etc.). if yes, this requested date is adopted as the schedule line (and earliest delivery creation) date. if no, then the system will propose a later date (also becoming the proposed confirmed schedule line date).
hope this helped you.
regards.

Hi ivy200722,
It can be solved by maintaining the Lead time in sale document type. You don't have to change date at sale oder, say you are creating sales order on 1/11/09 and you are maintaining lead time as 15 days, so that system will pick 15/11/09 as delivery date automatically. To record 30/11/09 date which is given by the customer use pricing date
Thanks,
