Dear all,
I have stuck in to one scenario which is as fallows are in to chocolate production company with discrete manufacturing where the chocolate have many stages to become finish. Now there is one stage where the chocolate is been wrapped by nearly 50 to 60u2026 employees. my quire is that what should I treat these employees work centersu2026? and if work center how can I maintain there capacity as one employ will wrap 50 chocolates in an hour and other will wrap 70 and there is no fix employee for these processes today there will be one different employee and tomorrow there will be some another employee. And how can I maintain there capacity as it fluctuates...
I will be highly obliged if one cane help me to map this scenario in sap pp

Then in routing for every wrapped should I take 200 operationsu2026.?

Dear irfan,
in labour work center
if u have 200 employees, then go to capacities tab & down u find capcity header data button click that
then give as 200 in the field (No. of indiv. cap.)
then go to Routing give this labour work center then description
then double click on descrtiption
now scroll down ur mouse, here u can find splitting option
then tick on required splitting option
then give no of splits as 200 (which u have given in work center)

As said my Mr. Brahmankar, just follow the steps suggested by him
while creating work center, take work center cat as 3 (labour workcenter)

Yes you need to define work center as the the Labour and In the work center you will maintain labour category & define no of indv capacities and stand availabe capacity for the labour. Now create routing for each material with the same work center, give the corresponding labour time in the routing of that material for that work center.
Accodingly in the capacity evaluation(CM01 etc) it will show as available capacity. And in capacity planning you can adjust your individual capacity.
