May I know the difference between Fields to be changed and Fields for conditions?
what is the difference between copy and repost functions?
what is the differenc ebetween excel planning and ALV Grid planning?
Hi,
Fields to be Changed:
Here you define the characteristic for which the system generates a new line. Example, you want to Copy Forecast Price from Version V1 to version V2 for a months (0fiscper). So you define 0Version and 0fiscper as field to change. As the system will generate new lines for V2 and months.
Field for Condition
Condition is like further restriction. For example, if you want to calculate revenue (revenue = amount * qty) for a month particular to only one version V2, then here only 0fiscper wil come as field to be changed and 0version will be field for Condition. In condition tab , you need to define version as V2.
Copy - generate a new record based on condition
Repost - generate a new record and delete the old one
Excel planning - the user interface is excel based ; All functionality of excel like VB macro is applicable.
Alv planning - the user interface is alv ; excel functionality are not applicable.
Please refer the help documents for further understanding.
Thanks
