material shortage report

does any std report is available to show the material shortage for the requirement which creaed by the last mrp run.r

Dear Raj,

excecute MDVP, MRP controller level (either FERT ot HALB)

so system will show u shoratage materails, for header material plan orders

Dear,

Use MDVP, it should meet your need.

In MDVP screen, once the availability check is completed. Make a tick mark against the planned order ,ATP check is carried out against the issues with receipts.

Component missings will be against receipts (planed orders)...

I need the report like list of material with the shortage of quantity for the whole requirement. not in terms of planned order.

this is rem process.

more as a ex : if i reqmt is (ind reqmt + dep reqmt) 100

avail stock is 50

so the stoage is 50 it show.

which table i need to check

Hi ,

I think you have to go for a Z report to have a material shortage details.we have met the same type of requirement by using the Functional module MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API.

Here you will get the the detialis like you get in MD04 (required qty -available qty=material shortage),form which you can meet your requirement.just sit with your ABAPER and explain theis functional module.

I have a requirement like to take production order wise shortage report and I am using table like aufk afko mard and resb table but I have some problem to display the report....it will not take the order no it will show only material-wise....... and location wise...anyone pls help me...

The Pull List (MF63) & the staging report MF60 should help you if you work with REM...Did u try that??
