Order Status

HI All,

We are checking the ORder status info for the Orders Placed on the web. The functional Module will be called , that will be executed in back ground, Order Status Info Passed to Middle ware (MW )then to WEB.

From SAP, when we execute the FM , sales Order entries exist for the BPN (Customer ). The message showing in the MW, is no entries exist for the same BPN.

Kindly advice me on this.

Middleware does not paly any role between CRM and the WEB (E-Commerce - if this is what you mean by WEB).

WEB (E-Commerce) --> CRM --> middleware --> R/3 (ERP)

So, whenever there is a change to the order object in CRM or R/3, hen middleware will have bdoc flow. Of course, when you change the order in WEB, then it directly changes the order in CRM and once saved, the middleware flow will transfer the object to R/3.
