problem in exchange rate

Dear cons

While we are going to create Imported P.O we have to enter manually the exchange rate. Is there any way so that the system will automatically update the value without entering the exchange rate at the time P.O creation. Pl. give some solution for it.

Maintain the Exchage Rate in transaction OB08 for Exchange Rate Type "M" for the current period.
