Dear All,
I want to add my own subject category for message in Help Desk.
I had search it in SPRO but i cant found.
The default subject type is like Problem Message, Service Request, Request Information etc. But here I want to add my own subject for problem.
Please help me how to do this.

Please follow the path mentioned below in SPRO.
SAP Solution Manager --> Configuration --> Scenarion Spec Settings --> Service Desk > Define Catalogs, Codes And Profiles>
Define Code Groups and Codes for Catalogs -->Mention the Catalog -->Select the Code Group . You'll get the list of subject enteries. You can add your own list here.
