Issue regarding transaction MCTA

Hi :

When I am going to mcta,it said no data existed,but I had maintained the statistic group both on material and customer,any idea to fix it?

Dear Klaas,

MCTA is SIS report, and you have to maintain the info structure for it. Have a search in forum for SIS infostructure and you can get solution for your problem.

MCTA is a Standard SIS rerort. So I dont think it requires creation of info-structures.

Please check that you gave correct parameters & date in Selection screen.

Hi,

Please ensure the following.

1)Statistics Groups for Customer is maintained.

2)Statistics Groups for material is maintained.

3) Statistics Groups for sales document is maintained as 1.

4) The statistics group 1 is maintained in sales document type.

5)The billing type is marked relevant for statistics.

Also the update group should be done at header and item level for the sales area for which you are creating the document in LIS.

If you maintain all this,only then the data will flow in the report.
