Unable to locate the requested supplement on the server secSAPR3

Hello Team,

We have to integrate the infoview into an iview in Portal using SSO, we have implemented all the steps mentioned in the blog http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs;jsessionid=(J2EE3417600)ID1905149750DB00474153350377239291End?blog=/pub/wlg/11090, and mentioned in the PDF document guide "xi3-1_bip_sap_install_admin_guide_en" in resume we have applied this steps:

1.you need to configure the SAP authentication on the BOE Server

2.you need to configure the default system in the option dialog

3.you need to import the users and roles

4.all machines need to be in the same domain

5.you need to make sure the BI system accepts the tickets

6.you can then integrate InfoView into the portal via SSO

But we have a problem when we want to view the link fo infoview into Portal: u201CUnable to locate the requested supplement on the server secSAPR3u201D

We found this forums and we have checked that the files are in the correct directory all its ok, and the error continue:

Hi Matt,

I apologize, I miss-referenced the path for the secSAPR3.jar file.

Can you check tomcat/webapps/PartnerPlatformService/WEB-INF/lib to see if the jar file is there?

If it is not, please copy it to there from tomcat/webapps/SAP/WEB-INF/lib and restart Tomcat.

Please also ensure you have an authPluginExts.properties file in :

tomcat/webapps/PartnerPlatformService/WEB-INF/classes/META-INF/

and that it reads :

PluginID0=secSAPR3

PluginName0=SAP

Let me know the results.

Thank you,

Eric Lucier

Hi Matt,

Please review the xi3-1_bip_sap_install_en.pdf and go through the steps

on pages 41-44 on how to manually redeploy the war files for Tomcat.

Please let me know the outcome of the redeployment.

Regards,

Eric Lucier

Hello Mr. Coronel

Please first ensure that you have installed 32bit AIX version of sapjco218.

Then please check that you have added the location of JCO on your machine to the environment variable CLASSPATH and LIBPATH.

i.E.

export CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:/opt/BO/xi3/jco

export LIBPATH=$LIBPATH:/opt/BO/xi3/jco

Then please check that you have linked or copied the following files to these destinations:

- librfccm.o u2026/xi3/bobje/enterprise120/aix_rs6000/librfccm.o

- sapjco.jar u2026/xi3/bobje/tomcat/common/lib/sapjco.jar

- sapjco.jar u2026/xi3/bobje/tomcat/server/lib/sapjco.jar

******************************************************************************************************************************

Could you help us to solve this issue.

Thank you very much.
