documentDownload? -- (FWM 02080) Invalid logon token

I have a parent swf that is opening a child swf using 'documentDownload?' via the slideshow component, well everything works fine except for the logon token, I am getting the error message below. The child swf becomes visible but when the queries start to load I get that error message.

Error Message:

soapenv:Server.generalException: Invalid logon token (FWM 02080)

The only thing I can think of is the authentication, all the QaaWs queries are set up to consume under WinAD but I am logging in to InfoView to test using Enterprise.

Any help is appreciated!

    Hi all,

Iam facing this error quite a long while, pls provide as any update how to resolve in steps. Actually i tried all possible solutions from the above posts but still getting the error. This is what i also did:

    in excel:

I created my flash var in the Data Manager and called it CELogonToken, and it is mapped to an empty cell(A2). Used slideshow component bind to A2 and set application settings as new

Pls provide any one resolution that could solve this problem for all. Iam using Dashboard 4.0

    Hi Jeff,

Let me know what version of Enterprise and the document download url you are using? Incase you are using the 3.1, try the following document download URL and let me know if this works.

    =u201DdocumentDownload?iDocID=&sKind=Flash&CELogonToken=u201D for slideshow component.

      Hi Piyush,

There is a fix that came out with FP2.1 that has some potential to resolve the issue, it is ADAPT01282850. Basically says whenever the slideshow component is set to 'This' that the component won't pass the flash variable properly....I was having the issue though using any of the options. I need to test the FP and will post if this fixed the issue.

    hey jeff,

any updates on this..? we are also trying on same scenario..and successfully passed the paramaters using flash variable from parent to child.

It's working fine..but we need to pass login credentials for twice asked by the QAAWS.

I have seen the blocks and stating of passing "CELoginToken" as a paramer to child. But dont know the exact method.

Please guide on which value should be passed and what should be the Flash variable.
