Workflow issue

Dear Experts,

I'm having some problem, while receiving workflow messages,

For some reason, I'm unable to get some workflow messages, but my user is able to, and vice versa(for some messages), there is no definite scenario I could think of for which this is happening,

Both my self and my user is under the same organizational unit.

Please help me identifying the issue, I'm relatively new to workflow.

Thanks

-Amit

    Hi,

Check with your basis if the settings in SCOT tcode are done...

Also check the configuration in SWU3 tcode.

    Regards,

    Hello,

What do you mean by workflow messages - emails or workitems? If they appear in the Workflow inbox in SBWP, then they're workitems.

Try comparing the settings of yourself and the other user in SU01.

    Hi Amit,

If I get you right, you mean that some workitems come to you and some to your user.

Check if this is due to the agent assignment doen for the workflow.

There could be cases where you are the possible recipient of a workflow task and in some places its your user.

Else, there could also be a difference between the roles maintained for you two in SU01.

Please state the exact issue for an optinum solution.

    Regards,

    Saumya
