Hi,

When i activate a integration model. In case if i am getting a error message due to some missing of data in APO or due to incorrect data in ECC. System throws the error message, in that popup i can see the error message and there is three icons qRFC monitor, Ignore & cancel. Only cancel icon is working the rest is not working when i click it stays in the same screen without any response.

Am i missing any settings or something else is required to active this.

Awaiting for reply

Thanks & Regards

Shan

Hi Shan,

Depending upon the error message, the system will allow you to go

further.

If the error is minor, if you say ignore, it will try to activate the model.

If it is major, it will not allow you to ignore.

You will have to go into the inbound/outbound queue, take corrective

actions for the errors caused and then reset your queues.

Once this action is done, try activating the model with all

authorisations.

Shan,

A failed queue can have dozens (or hundreds) of Logical Units of Work (LUWs). Each one will trigger the popup. In this case, the popup appears to be doing nothing, but in fact when you press Ignore, for many problems, it goes to the next LUW, and typically, throw the exact same error message.

When this happens, if you press 'ignore' enough times, you will eventually work your way through all the LUWs in the queue and end with an activated model. This solution is almost always undesirable, but the option does exist.

Hi

I have never seen the ignore button working. (I also do not conceptually understand the function of ignore button)

You have to go to QRFC monitor see the error. Correct it and then reactivate the queue. Sometimes the error is such that you have to delete the queue as you have to regenerate the integration model with corrected data.

Hi Shan,

In case of failures in the queues, you would first need to clear the blocked queues using transaction /sapapo/cq in SCM or SMQ1 and SMQ2 in R/3.

Then if you would click on 'Ignore' the system would continue with the processing.

For 'qRFC monitor' , you should be able to navigate to SMQ1 transaction if you have the necessary authorizations.

Hope this helps you to understand the system behavior.
