PM- Multi counters

Hi, pls advise the steps in calibration of equipments using multi-counters. we want system to schedule calibration either 3 months frequency or no of parts checked (100) with that equipmet. which ever completes, the system should schedule calibration on that day. pls advise the steps in maping this calibration process.
