Hi,
We are using CCM2.0 with SRM5.5 server and we are having problems publishing new catalogs.
The problem is that we have an old catalog which we want to update to a new one.
The suppliers are still the same, but we had created new contracts because the old contracts had expired and the information is totally different.
However, when we publish the new catalog, somehow there is an aggregation of the information of the old catalog with the new one, which makes no sense because the information is totally different.
Do you have any idea why this happen?
It is necessary to delete the old catalog or perhaps it is necessary to close the old contracts?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

Thanks guys. Itu2019s what I thoughtu2026
I think the problem is that we are publishing new supplieru2019s catalog, when the old catalog had the same suppliers.

Hi,
If you are updating the same catalog with new content, then old content need to be delted first. and then the catalog has to be published.
If you are extending the contracts and the same catalog has to be updates with the new values, then you can use delta upload and delta publication.

Hi,
Please delete the old catalog content first. Then load the new data into catalog.
After that map the catalog content correctly. Then publish the catalog content.
Hope this will work.
Best rregards,
Vivek
