Non-MRP Relevant Bin still showing relevant

I have changed a bin in IMG SPRO to NON MRP Relevant, but it is still showing in MMSC as relevant.

Maybe there is an order against it, but I cannot seem to find a way to search for an order/delivery by storage location. Any ideas? I cannot even find a way to view all the materials in one storage location so that I can then search for orders of those materials.

Are there any Tx that allow this?

Thanks!

what you customize in IMG is just a proposal for newly created material masters.

This cusotmizing will not effect existing materials.

Here you have to manually change the indicator, use either MM02 or do it with MM17 mass maintenance.

You mean that when you create a storage location that is non-mrp relevant, you have to change the material master for all materials?

if you create a NEW storage location, then there should not be any material master that has a storage location view (table MARD) with this new storage location, in this case you dont have to change any material master.

When you create a new material, or extend an existing material to this storage location then it gets the default from customizing.

If you only made an existing storage location non-MRP relevant. then you have to change all materials that have already a view for this location.

Ok that makes sense - thanks for you help here. A quirky problem I am seeing in MMSC as I am manually changing the MRP indicator for each of these materials that were assigned to the storage location...

It appears that the screen only shows the 1st 10 storage locations. Some of the materials I have seen have many storage locations and so the new storage location is off of the screen and I cannot change the MRP value. Any idea of another way to do this?

I already suggested to do it with MM17.

Thanks, but I don't want to change the SLOC in mass, I just want to change the MRP relevance of the SLOC.

I dont see any difference.

MMSC is a change of 1 material. the very same thing can be done with MM17 at table MARD for many materials in one shot.
