Physical inventory WM

Hi experts,

In T code MI01 when i am creating physical inventory document i am getting an error that "Storage location entered is WM-relevant

Message no. M7727. Kindly explain me process steps for material with warehouse activated.

If Warehouse management is active then use following transactions for Physical Inventory instead of using Inventory management;

LI01N - Create Physical Inventory Document

LI11N - Enter Count Results

LI20 - Warehouse Management (Clear Differences)

the equivalent to MI01 is LI01N in WM to create a physical inventory document.

You enter count with LI11N.

adjsut the differences in WM with LI20

Post the differences to MM with LI21.

For annual inventory you use usually LX15 instead of LI01N.

Is there any transaction to post all PID's at ones to clear inventory differences?
