Problem with the customised B1 Addon

Dear Experts,

We have developed a small addon to add a new narration / remarks to the Journal Entry transaction in SAP B1.

But it creates problem. Even after closing the B1 application, the addon application (say ccsjournal.exe) exists in the memory.

We can see it while opening the task manager. Because of this, an error occurs and says that object id already exists.

What are the things to be taken care of while coding? we are using Visual Studio 2005 VB.NET.
