CCMS Availability Monitoring autoreaction

Hello,

i have configured CCMSPING and RFC-Dest-Availability. Both ist working fine and when a system gets down, the MTEs are getting yellow and red.

My problem is that the autoreaction methods are not responding. I have copied CCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2 to a custom method, when i start it manually it works. The definition of the autoreaction method is as follows:

To be executed: function module SALO_EMAIL_IN_CASE_OF_ALERT_V2

Execute method on: The local server of the MTE to be processed

Execute method for: Individual MTE

Execute method: Periodically in dialog process

Startup method: Execute method immediately after monitoring segment start; Only once per system

Execute Method as: Auto-Reaction method

Would you mind sharing the steps to configure CCMSPING setup.

I have set it up according to Availiblty monitoring but I couldnt get any availbilty records on CCMS monitor.

I am configuring it for java system
