add on connection error

hello experts,

i have some problem in my client pc .my client pc face some problem at the time of add a add on .when he add the document a error occur "u r not connect to the company" while i m doing well every thing on my pc i can add the document or can do every thing in well but other client pc cann't do it.

plz give any solution

    Hi

    The error might be coming due to authorization for that user. Try this by using a super user ID & pwd.

    i have already tried to do this. with super user but i faced same problem but when i try on my pc it's working well while my pc is also client pc . plz give me solution.

    Dear khan01,

    Check if the windows user has the authorization to write system temp folder (%temp%) and delete the folder SM_OBS_DLL under temp folder if have then try run the add-on.

    If the issue still exsits just debug the add-on code to check which code line to get the error.
