Erros # 2170 Message in Xcelsius PDF / Powerpoint Format

Hi All,

After Preview of the Xcelsius Report (data coming from Query as Web Service) and export to PDF / Powerpoint. While opening the PDF / Powerpoint Slide , its getting error message as " Error # 2170 ". Its not asking any logon details .

Could you please help me out.
