Hello, in transaction FB60 when i click on Environment -> Correspondence, i get a popup in which Open item list is written.
When i launch ob78(allocate program for automatic correspondence), i see that the description for SAP08 is 'Open item list'.
What is the relation between FB60 and SAP08.How is it linked?
does anyone have some good documentation on this.thx.

Hi,
When we select the correspondence from menu, the system will call the print program with the correspondence types assigned through the customisation.
You can use the transaction code F.62 to generate the correspondence forms. Please note that the correspondence type (SAP08) will be assigned to print program.
While generation any correspondance, you can use variant which can be assigned to the print program.
Thanks

ok thx. if we want a form of supplier invoice to be created automatically, when supplier invoice has been created in fb60,can we use the exit RFKORIEX and call the driver program for the printout?
of course a specific form would have to be created+ specific correspondence variant and the customising done through OB78 + SPRO.
