Determining Receiving Site automatically in Purchase Orders

Hi Community,

is it possible in ByDesign to have the receiving site für a product in a purchase order filled automatically? Is there some feature to set default values based on products?

Hello Michael,

Currently in Business ByDesign there is no feature available to default Ship-To location in purchase order line item.

However, there is a special case which system will proposed a Ship-To location automatically for purchase order line item.

If a product has only one active logistic area maintained in the master data, then system propose it when creating new PO.

But still, it's not a permanent way to achieve your requirement.
