Unable to deliver the Project Stock in sales order

Hello Friends ,

I am unable to deliver through VL01N , the error comes "0 ST of material FR-09-01 available , An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted."

This is a case , where , the stock is Project stock and not sales order stock.

The sales order item is assigned under the project in MD04.

And adequate quantity of 253 numbers are in this project stock when viewed in MD04. When I attempt to deliver even a single quantity, the no stock error comes as above. In MMBE , the stock shows 253 under the project stock for the plant / storage location (1000/01). This project stock is available in unrestricted use in MMBE. This plant / SL( 1000/01) is the same as in the sales order . So, no wrong look up of the Plant/SL in the stock availability. In the material master also , no safety stock.

Any idea where could be the issue that block the delivery ? Though stock is available , which parameter is blocking to see the stock level?

Can you please suggest any solution this issue?
