Upgrade XI 3.0 to PI 7.11 (Error in Phase KEY_CHECK)

Hi,

I am upgrading XI 3.0 to PI 7.11.

System - SUN SPARC & Oracle

The upgrade has already completed the Configuration stage in ABAP and when its doing the JAVA stack, the upgrade gets stuck in the PHASE KEY_CHECK.

I have applied the KEYWORD from the OSS Note 1252365 (Keyword - 20356441)
