Web Service not list in ws-navigator

I followed this article http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/10d75b45-7fef-2b10-bc8e-c6012e0a9457&overridelayout=true, to triggering a BPM process from ABAP. The web service I created start from Process Repository but it not list in ws-navigator.

How do I run webservice from a URL??????
