Where can I get the function role for all tables in SAP B1or which table(s) are assigned or hold information for a particular module eg: OPCH contains header info for AP invoices or PCH1 contains row details for AP invoices.

If u installed SDK in your system u will get this information in
Windows > Start > All Programms > SAP Business One > SDK > SDK Help Center > Contents > Customization Tools > DataBase Table Refrences
As pointed out by Thanga, you need install SDK and get table reference from REFDB.CHM.
