Standalone Payroll

Hello Experts,

Iam about to statrt the AS_IS for Payroll.Client is implementing Payroll module only.Please suggest me for implementing payroll alone what are the things to be carried out i;e from As-is point of View & Configuration Point of view.

Plese suggest as this is my first time for Payroll.

Gather all the info from the Client regarding there Pay roll process and corss check whether they can be done without any major developments

if there is any other thing which is dvelopment please check that one and inform the client regarding that

-Pay Scale Structure

-Allowance grouping will play a major role

So for As-IS point of view i have to check for payroll process & calculation n have to explain them about Payscale Styructure & Allowance grouping...any things to ask from client from SAP point of view like Algrping & Payscale stre?

for only payroll implemention what all configuration to be done?i.e do we need to create the Enterprise str & Employee grp like that...please let me know.

Obviously

without those how do u differentiate the employee based on his location like that

and reports how do u generate

Ex: meal allowave is applicable to only for certain Employees belonging to PSA
