    Hi,

    1. CAT2: Record Working Time

    2. CATS_APPR_LITE : For Approval of recorded Times

If Approval procedure is set for the data entry profile in configuration

Selection Input: Reporting period, Personnel numbers, Processing status as 20 etc., other parametes if required

Approve the list of Time entry by selecting the approval flag

    3. CATA: transfer to Target Components

Selection Input: Period, Personnel Numbers or Order etc., Target component as Controlling and Plant Maintenance, Select Log and Test Run (Initially and then Remove Test Run mode)

    Hope this may useful

    Thanks

    Hi,

I am not sure about the t-code "CATS_APPR_LITE", I suppose this is to approve all time entries made.

In CATA, you have to specify the following parameters

    1. Tick "Other Period" and specify dates as "blank" to "current date"

    2. Specify your "Company code" and "Controlling area"

    3. OPTIONAL : Specify which "Adminstrator group" and "Time Recording admin"

    4. In the Target components, tick Controlling, Plant Maintenance and Project systems.

    5. In the Posting Date, specify the "current date"

    6. In the Control Parameters, Tick Log and "Test Run" if you want to test run first and see any errors. If no error, do it again and untick the "Test run" button.

The "current date" can be changed to any date you want.

    Cheers.

    Joey
