PO release WF

Hi!

In our PO release Workflow, there are 3 possible releasers in one PO. Once the PO is already released by either one of them, the status of the PO will already be completed. Our problem is that even if it's already released by one, the notification of request of PO does not disappear on the other 2 releasers' inbox. How do we control this? Thanks so much.

Regards,

Paula

    Hi,

i Think you are talking abt SAP mail in SBWP, this we cannot control.

    once its sent, thats it.

However if its a workitem and if one approver relaase the PO then in the other 2 approvers inbox, workitem will get disappeared automatically. This is a standard behaviour of SAP(Provided if you are sending the same workitem to all the approvers)

    Thanks and Regards,

    Swaminathan

I think you can do some thing like this.I hope when ever you release the PO the staus of the PO might be stored in a standard table.

    1. As you said you are able to get the 3 agents in the workflow and pass the workiem to the all 3 agents.

    2. Try to modify the status of the PO in the table again back to Ready and pass this to second agent, IN the mean while when ever any agent releases try to update any z table , with the decision the agent took.

and the simple and easy way to fix this ( I think ) is try to send the workitem one after the other.

      Hi!

THanks so much for your reply.

The release strategy defined is that either of the three of them can release a PO.. how do I do this? : " Try to modify the status of the PO in the table again back to Ready and pass this to second agent, IN the mean while when ever any agent releases try to update any z table , with the decision the agent took."

      Regards,
