Automatic Ibase Update from a Service Order

Hi Experts,

I am not able to update the IBase automatically from the service order using the standard action 'AUTO_IBASE_UPDATE' .

Do I need to maintain any parameter values for the method used in the above action ?

If so what should I maintain ?

Please help me regarding this issue.
