BO Edge Free Trial - Where do i go from here ?

dear all, i am an SAP ABAPer for years. I would like to get into BO.

I have downloaded and installed, successfully the free BO Edge Trial.

Now i sit in front of my laptop looking at it, wondering what to read, to get me started.

i prefer hands on exercises.

i realize the Edge trial does not link to SAP, so where do i go from here.

i would just like to get to play with the tools inside Edge, and perform some very basic "Hello World" type functionaltiy.

Maybe link BO Edge to an Excel spreadsheet ?

anything that can make use of the Edge Free trial.
