Import Asset Class

Hi Experts!

My client has over 700 asset classes. How do I import these Asset Classes of Fixed Assets? Is there an available template for it?

Hi Jen,

You can create your own template for asset class.

User your excel and fill with lines below on the first two rows.

Code | Name | U_ItemCode | U_DprArID | U_Active | U_AcctDetn | U_DprTypID | U_UseLife

Code | Name | U_ItemCode | U_DprArID | U_Active | U_AcctDetn | U_DprTypID | U_UseLife

and use DTW and upload to @BA_CCLSDPA

before doing this u also need to upload the fixed asset item code to OITM table
