is their any report where i can see assigned plan cost to the group created by cjsg?

Dear,
WBS element grouping is used for material requirement grouping to group material procurement from various WBSE.
All requirement will consider as group of wbs element.

Dear,
WBS element group
A WBS element group is a combination of a number of WBS elements which
may originate from different projects. WBS groups do not contain
hierarchy information.
Such groups are useful, for example, if you want to plan the WBS
elements of a particular project manager jointly.
Go to CJSG and you can generate the cost element group from there and make cange or add other wbs element alsso.
