Cancelation of Invoices

Hello thr,

Could someone please let me know if there any program to cancel invoices. I have around 300 invoices which were created by mistake and we need to cancel them. So, we are looking for a program or transaction that can do it.

Hi

First option is , If you have the idea of Invoice numbers then using VF11 you can reverse the billing documents

Second option is , using BDC you can reverse those billing documents with the help of technical consultant

Finally for your billing documents which are about to delete / reverse , if you have excise invoice then make sure that you have to delete those excise invoices before cancelling those billing documents

You can try with BDC or LSMW but dont forget also to delete the respective excise invoices if any had been created.

Hi Swetha Telkar,

You just use trx. VF11 and put on it all your Billing document number and then execute (F8).

We can use either LSMW or BDC for this to achieve.

Contact your Data Migration team for this or an ABAPer for this.
