(-1) Critical cache refresh failure! Application will be closed.

Dear Experts,

I get the error as subjected when I was typing a JE. In fact, all other users got this error message.

(-1) Critical cache refresh failure! Application will be closed.

After we clicked on OK, the SAP client application closes.

Any advice why this happen? and how to prevent it?

After a restart of server, this unusual intermittent error did not surface again. We will have to take note of it till it appears the next time.

Dear Chinho,

The error message you got sounds like not from B1. Check if you have any add-ons and stop them if you have. If nothing can be found, log a support message ASAP.
