    Hi SB,

As eveybody as said developing a report refering to your warranty day is a good option.

If you dont want to develop and do it in Std way. Try to make maintenanc plan for all the equipment which you have provided to your customer.

    1) Make a single cycle plan where its frequency will be Warranty period

    2) Adjust your call horizon accordingly to make the call object ( Notification) 30 days ahead of the due date.

      DP,

Your solution would increase the system load by plan & notification for every Equipment under warranty. Also user need to create plan for every Equipment.

It is very simple to create a report from BGMKOBJ table by SQVI or SQ01 ABAP Queries . We created Queries for Both Warranty expiry and AMC expiry in my previous Implementation.

Are you using master warranties, or do you manually populate the warranty end date in the equipment?

    Hi,

I think, for this case you need to Develop custom Report by giving required date as input to fetch the matching warranty end date of the equipments.

    Thanks

    SB,

Develop and populate a Custom report by checking the Warranty expiry date (BGMKOBJ table.)
