Dear All,

can any one please show me how to create routing step by step through t-code CA01 if any one can send print shots it will be very help full to me.

Dear irfan,

go to t-code CA01, here give ur matrial number (FERT or HALB)

then give ur plant, then press enter

now give usage as - 1, staus as - 4

then click on operations (which is top)

then give ur work center & description

then double click on descriptaion

then give setup, machine & labour time

then click back, then select the operation

then click on componet allocation

then select ur component & click on new assignment tab

here give opartion number as 10 & eneter

then save ur Routing

Hi,

Perquisites =>1) Material

2) Work center

Go to T code CA01

Step1) Enter Material and Plant

Then press enter

Step2) Enter Usages (say 1 for production)

Status ( say 4 for released)

From Lot Size 1 to 99.999.999

Then push operation button

Step3) Enter Work center

Description

Then press enter

Setup time

Machine time

Labor time

Step4) Save

Routing is created.

Ifran,

Simple suggestion, just try creating on your own using the transaction CA01, fill in all the mandatory fields. If you have any doubt as what that field is, then place the cursor in the field and use F1 key in keyboard for system to give information as what that field is. You can use F4 key to select the possible values from list.
