queue status

hi all,

in my scenario ie file2 file .......the message is stucked in queue.the queue status in smb_moni shows red stop.

when i execute smq2 and double click on the queue.its showing SYSFAIL and give a message "SQL error occurred in the database when accessing"

plz help

Hi Pinaki,

This is issue with the database. The database size must be full and hence it is not able to make any new entries. Please ask the BASIS team to clear the database. Just the cleanup of database should solve the problem.

Hi,

It's sound like SAP basic problems. Consult with your basic team for resolve the problem. Maybe the server thread's are broken, full disk, can be for listeners problems between aplication server and database.

Check SM21 transaction, in this transaction you can see more detail about the occurred error.

Hi,

Double click in the Queue which is showing the SYSFAIL status. It will direct towards the messages failed in SXMB_MONI.

Either restart or cancel the message.

It will allow you to proceed further with backlog messages.
