Need to approve the order from external mail

Hi All,

I am generating the work item to approve the order through program, it is going to SAP Inbox to approve the Order.

But my new requirement is need to approve the order from external mail(need to received the mail from program and approve the through mail).

Could you tell what need to do for the process?

Hello,

You can set up RSWUWFML2 (46c) or Extended Notifications (ECC6) for this.
