Created new field in EEWB, but what are steps to add field to ST?.

Given the fact that the Z field has been created in table (CRMD_CUSTOMER_H) via EEWB, what are the exact steps (including transaction )required to add the field to the Service ticket view. I know the component and view, but need to know the steps to take. Also, if I need to change the atrributes of the field, like read only, or none display, where should this logic take place?. I may have to identify whether the field is to be shown, or not.
