Hi All,
I have a single workstation on a network running B1 that cannot print the ageing report to PDF. all other users can without any problems. The user has authorizations, the latest version of adobe reader, latest microsoft service packs/updates.
B12007 PL 30.
Microsoft XP Pro.
We cannot upgrade their current system version due to technical circumstances.
Thanks,
Kiran
Acrobat Reader is the application to Read PDF files only. You have to allow the user to Print PDF file. If you don't have Acrobat on that workstation, you may need some other tools like CutePDF Writer.
Thanks,
Gordon

A few microsoft updates were missing that prevented the pdf from launching. when these updates were applied, the problem was resolved.
