BGD Jobs All in Ready Status.

Hi gurus,

I have faced this problem twice. All the background jobs that are triggered are in Ready status. I am not really sure why is this happening since all the background work processes are free. When I select all the jobs with Ready status and do a Check Status, few of the jobs are executed but not all. This is creating a lot of problem for me. Can anyone please tell me why is this happening and what is the solution for the same.

Maybe you can take a quick restart then it seems your problem will be resoved.

Hi,

Go to SM61 create a group server with name SAP_DEFAULT_BTC, and add the availableserver to group.

after it go to sm37 select all job, menu> job> check status.

Restarting the system has solved the issue,

However its just a temporary solution. Could you please tell me why this issue occured at first place Gokul.
