Hi we have a newly installed portal. When I enter the km structure (Content Management ->explorer)
I get the following message
Item not found
/documents
The item you are attempting to access is not available. Check that the name or link is correct. You might also check whether the associated repository is currently accessible.
If I enter by content content administration -> km content I get the following message:
System Error
An exception occurred during the program execution.
Can someone please help?

The problem has nothing to do with authorizations because I have super admin role.
We restarted the portal and that fixed the problem. At least for now. Hopefully the problem want return.

HI,
Firstly check the setting in Content Repository where you have to define your document path( means main repository of root
folder) after that you can check the setting in Generator URL where all Portal URL define there if these settings working fine than
your document storage working fine. OR if these settings are accurate than check the persistance mode also.
This will helpful tou you.

Hi,
Firstly, I assume you access your portal with a Fully Qualified Domain Name and not an Ipaddress.
EX: http://abc.pqr.com:<portnumber>/irj/portal
where abc.pqr.com is a FQDN.
Secondly, ensure you have the right set of permissions while accessing the KM Content. Try following the same steps with a super_admin access and see if you succeed.
Good Luck!
